Shipping:
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. Some products, such as the larger Amethyst Cathedral Crystal Geodes, require freight shipment because their weight is over the allowable limit (70lbs per box) to be handled by domestic carriers. (i.e. FedEx, UPS, USPS)
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
Damaged Shipments and Insurance:
While we package our rocks for atmospheric entry from time to time shipping accidents do happen. Damaged shipments must be reported to us within 24 hours of receipt. All packaging and materials should be retained for the shippers policies and procedures. Failure to follow these procedures may void the insurance claim and StarStuff.Rocks will not be responsible for claims that are voided due to the actions or failure to act on the part of the recipient. We insure your shipments at retail value so you are fully covered. Damaged shipments will be returned to us by the carrier. Contact us right away for instructions regarding any damaged shipments so that we may file a timely claim with the shipper and assist in bringing a quick resolution to the situation.
